moviesinframes: Hard Candy, 2005 (dir. David Slade) Everytime Goldfrapp shuffles into the Yelle channel on Pandora, I think about the movie Hard Candy. I always go to the next song because Ellen Page’s character says something like, “I fucking hate Goldfrapp.” For some reason, that really affected me and I don’t like them either despite never hearing their music. Goldfrapp is a weird name anyways. Who needs that on a tshirt?
